Role: Nurse Instructor, RN Responsibilities Lead clinical education for nurses and caregivers, including designing and delivering orientation, in-service trainings, skills labs, and competency assessments.Focus on person-centered, evidence-based care to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.Collaborate with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams to support regulatory compliance, quality initiatives, and professional development.Model compassion, teamwork, and clinical excellence in a resident-first environment. Qualifications & Skills Active RN license.Experience in clinical education, skilled nursing, or long-term care preferred.Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.Knowledge of regulatory standards and quality improvement processes.
