Nurse Hospital Diagnostic Sales Specialist
About the role
Inizio Engage, in collaboration with a leading biotechnology company, is building a high-performing sales team to drive the successful launch and adoption of in vitro diagnostics. As a Nurse Hospital Diagnostic Sales Specialist, you will educate Hospital Physicians, Neurologists, and Emergency Medicine staff on approved messaging and resources related to products.
Responsibilities
- Educate HCPs in the hospital community on all-in-one test kit for mild traumatic brain injury
- Drive awareness of workflow strategies and logistical considerations to streamline access and accelerate treatment initiation
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with hospital stakeholders, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and referral coordinators
- Provide deep insights from the field to shape broader commercial strategy
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure message alignment and optimized account engagement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare sales
- Must have a clinical nursing background and experience selling to clinicians in the ED and ICU, preferably in diagnostics
- Proven success in identifying new business, engaging HCPs, and influencing treatment decisions
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex clinical data clearly
- A driven, compassionate approach centered on improving patient outcomes
- Willingness to travel (some overnight); valid U.S. driver’s license required
Qualifications
- Must have a current unrestricted RN license in good standing
- Experience working with hospital-based healthcare providers
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time
Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers
- Strong understanding of clinical diagnostics and neurology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
The base pay range for this position is $91K – $169K per year. The final compensation offered to a successful candidate will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
Schedule
Some overnight travel may be required.
