Responsibilities

• Continuously and systematically assess the healthcare status of patients, prioritizing and reprioritizing care based on assessments.
• Initiate and maintain an individual plan of care to address identified patient problems or needs, based on assessment data and nursing standards.
• Collaborate with patients, primary care providers, families, and community resources to coordinate discharge or transfer needs.
• Prioritize, perform, and delegate direct and indirect patient interventions for stabilization, particularly in trauma cases.
• Triage patients by prioritizing and performing necessary interventions.
• Participate in patient and family teaching.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Nursing (BSN).
• Oregon RN License.
• AHA BLS certification.
• NRP certification within six (6) months of hire.

Pay

$48.87 - $73.99 per hour.
