About the Role

The Nurse Extern PRN Float provides high-quality, patient-centered care under RN supervision, assisting with basic nursing tasks and supporting patient needs. They help maintain a safe, clean environment and perform higher-level procedures upon competency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
• Communicate pertinent patient information to the healthcare team
• Document patient data accurately
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)

Requirements

• Enrolled in an accredited nursing program
• High school diploma or GED
• BLS certification
• Able to perform delegated nursing functions

Qualifications

Preferably, candidates will have completed the first semester of nursing or CNA coursework.
