Job Summary

This is a per diem, days-only position for nursing students who want to develop multiple and varied clinical skills in multiple nursing specialties. This role requires participation in a guided training and development program aligned to the scope outlined by the State-specific Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide expanded clinical experience for RN nursing students
• Aid the Registered Nursing staff by performing patient care activities
• Participate in patient care planning, implementation, observation, and evaluation
• Report significant observations to a Registered Nurse

Qualifications

• Education: Currently enrolled in an accredited RN program, and upon completion of first clinical rotation.
• Experience: None required.
• Certifications: AHA BLS certification required.
