Responsibilities

• Provides expanded clinical experience for senior professional (RN) nursing students
• Assists the Registered Nursing staff by performing patient care activities, which includes participating in patient care planning, implementation, observation, and evaluation, as well as reporting significant observations to a Registered Nurse
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team members to provide the very best care for our med-surg patients in our advanced facilities that include a primary stroke center and a long-term acute care unit
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Required Education: Graduated within the past 6 months from an accredited RN program and actively taking steps to obtain RN license
• Certifications: CPR
