About the Role

A Nursing Educator (RN) at a behavioral health facility supports the Chief Nursing Officer in developing and delivering training programs for nursing staff and provides clinical assessments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Nursing Officer in evaluating and implementing hospital training programs for nursing staff.
• Provide nursing assessments as needed.
• Support staff training and ensure quality nursing education within the facility.
• Contribute to clinical assessments.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of clinical experience in psychiatric or mental health settings.
• Active RN licensure.
