Nurse Educator - Infusion Nursing
About the role
The Infusion Nurse Educator is responsible for the initial clinical orientation and ongoing competency testing of RN clinicians. This position works closely with Providence Home Infusion’s contracted home‑health agencies and long‑term care facilities to assist with infusion skills programs. Join Providence Infusion & Pharmacy Services to provide compassionate care, increasing comfort and quality‑of‑life for patients undergoing infusion treatments for infection, nutrition, pain management, cancer, or chronic conditions.
Responsibilities
- Provide initial clinical orientation for RN clinicians.
- Conduct ongoing competency testing of RN clinicians.
- Collaborate with contracted home‑health agencies and long‑term care facilities.
- Assist with development and delivery of infusion skills programs.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Washington Registered Nurse license (required upon hire).
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association certification (within 30 days of hire).
- Minimum 2 years of RN home‑infusion experience.
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience in an acute‑care setting.

Pay
Base pay range: $52.26 – $81.13 per hour. Additional compensation may be available, including shift differentials, standby/on‑call pay, overtime, premiums, extra‑shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
Schedule
Full‑time, day shift.
