Nurse Educator - ED

About the Role

Provide high-quality, evidence-based education to clinical and non-clinical staff. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and new skills. Validate competencies across disciplines, onboard new team members, and conduct training sessions such as Nurse Residency, Preceptor Workshops, CNA Workshops, and specialty programs. Attend departmental meetings and coordinate with clinical departments on projects.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of full-time RN experience in a hospital setting
• BSN required; Master’s degree preferred
• Current California RN license
• BLS certification
• Understanding of adult learning principles
• Ability to communicate effectively across all staff levels and foster enthusiasm for learning
• Flexibility to work various hours and shifts
