About the role
If you are an experienced RN who loves behavioral health but is ready for something different from traditional hospital nursing, this may be the opportunity you have been looking for. Telecare is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to provide nursing leadership and clinical support across three of our residential behavioral health programs in beautiful Bend, Oregon: Edgecliff Residential Treatment House #206, 12th Street House #207, and Deschutes Recovery Center #208. Together, these programs provide recovery-focused residential services for adults living with serious mental illness, including individuals transitioning from higher levels of care toward greater stability and independence. This is an opportunity to combine psychiatric nursing, leadership, education, care coordination, and recovery-focused treatment in smaller, community-based residential settings.

A structured on-call rotation is part of the leadership role. Rotations are scheduled in advance, and employees
