Your Impact as a Nurse Consultant (RN)
- Assess, plan, develop, and implement systems and processes for clients.
- Identify training needs and conduct staff in-services as necessary.
- Maintain current knowledge of state and federal regulations and industry best practices.
- Provide guidance within the scope of work defined by the client.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse License (RN NCL).
- Current Minnesota Registered Nurse License (or willingness to obtain).
- Minimum 1 year of long-term care experience (management experience preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service orientation.
- Flexibility for travel throughout MN & WI.
