As a Nurse Consultant, you’ll provide on-site professional consulting services to post-acute and aging services clients, making a real impact in organizations that need your expertise.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, develop, and implement systems and processes for clients.
- Identify training needs and conduct staff in-services as necessary.
- Maintain current knowledge of state and federal regulations and industry best practices.
- Provide guidance within the scope of work defined by the client.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA standards.
Requirements
- Current Missouri Registered Nurse License (RN NCL).
- Minimum 1 year of long-term care experience.
- Flexibility for travel throughout Missouri.

Pay
Hourly compensation: $45–$50 per hour.
