Nurse Clinical/UKHC

About the role

The Nurse Clinical Ambulatory provides disease-specific patient care to a group of patients who have serious acute and/or chronic health events or who are seeking healthcare to maintain their state of wellness. This position requires working with medical professionals who are working under time and efficiency constraints in a busy ambulatory care setting with a patient centered care focus on quality, safety, and service.

Responsibilities

• Skilled assessments
• Care plans and care plan implementation
• Patient education
• Clinical evaluation or interventions

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN)
• ADN or BSN

Qualifications

A working knowledge of enterprise, nursing, departmental policies, protocols, and procedures is needed to be successful.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

• Basic computer knowledge, MS Windows, Word, Outlook

$28.00-39.10/hour

Schedule

Monday – Friday, Day Shift; primarily 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (40 hrs/wk); other hours/schedule as needed
