Nurse Clinical Lead for an Orthopedic Acute unit, providing clinical leadership at the bedside.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient flow and oversee daily nursing operations.
- Mentor and precept nursing staff to ensure high-quality care.
- Support adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams on care planning and discharge processes.
- Assist with pain management and mobility goals for patients.
- Lead unit-based quality and process improvement initiatives.
