Nurse Case Manager – California (Manteca, Stockton & Modesto)

Join a team dedicated to supporting injured employees through every step of their recovery journey while collaborating with physicians, employers, and claims professionals. As a Nurse Case Manager, you’ll coordinate medical care, facilitate communication between all parties, and help drive positive outcomes for workers’ compensation cases — all while maintaining a flexible weekday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical care for injured employees
• Facilitate communication between healthcare providers, employers, and claims professionals
• Help drive positive outcomes for workers’ compensation cases
• Maintain a flexible weekday schedule

Requirements

• Active California RN license
• AS/NP degree (BSN preferred)
• Background in ICU, ER, Trauma, Orthopedics, Neurology, or related acute care specialties
• Prior Workers’ Compensation Case Management experience preferred

Qualifications

• Strong communication and care coordination skills
• Reliable transportation with the ability to travel within the service area as needed

$100K–$130K + Monthly Bonus
