Nurse Care Manager

About the Role

This position requires a registered nurse responsible for providing patient care in an acute/tertiary healthcare setting. The nurse will work in hospital units and office environments, ensuring safety and compliance with protective protocols.

Responsibilities

• Delivering quality nursing care to patients of all ages.
• Adhering to universal precautions and infection control protocols.
• Utilizing appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Maintaining confidentiality and secure access to patient information.

Requirements

• Minimum of an Associate's degree in Applied Science in Nursing; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least two years of experience in an acute or tertiary care environment; five years preferred.
• Current licensure as a NYS Registered Nurse.

Work Environment

• Work conducted in hospital units and offices, with exposure to controlled environmental conditions.
• Compliance with safety protocols and use of protective gear.
