We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. No filler like "commensurate with experience". Need to preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the description. First, there is a description block: "FOR INQUIRIES, PLEASE CONTACT THE EMPLOYER: Greene County Juvenile Court Juvenile Detention Center 2100 Greene Way Boulevard Xenia, OH 45385 937-562-4000". This is contact info; we can fold into a short

maybe. Then "Function" paragraph describing role. That could be "About the role". We'll put that under

About the role

with

. Then "Duties/Responsibilities" with bullet list (though not bullet but paragraphs). We'll create

Responsibilities

with
  • items. Then "Minimum Qualifications" includes "REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES" and "MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS". We can split into Requirements (maybe required knowledge/skills) and Qualifications (minimum requirements). Or we could combine. The instruction: Use headings for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to allocate content accordingly. We have: - About the role: function paragraph. - Responsibilities: duties/responsibilities list. - Requirements: maybe the "REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES" list. - Qualifications: the "MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS" list (Associates degree, license, etc.) - Skills: maybe we could extract skills from the required knowledge list? But we already used that for Requirements. Could also have Skills separate: maybe we can pull out specific skill items like "communication skills; time management skills; organization skills; ..." but that overlaps. However we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps we can combine Requirements and Qualifications and Skills? But we need to follow instruction: Use headings for those sections only when posting has real specific content. We can decide to include only those sections that have substantive content. We have content for About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (knowledge/skills/abilities), Qualifications (minimum requirements). Skills maybe we can pull out from the required knowledge list but it's overlapping. Could we create a Skills section with items like "Nursing best practices; medical assessment; medications and side-effects; infection control; use of medical supplies and equipment; supervision best practices; security best practices; criminology and juvenile delinquency; juvenile rights; communication skills; time management skills; organization skills; recognition and effective response to unusual or threatening conditions; effective response in crisis situations; accurate and neat record-keeping; conduct of inspections; maintenance of positive relationships; physical fitness; presentation to public; cooperation in investigations; application of cognitive-behavioral interventions; role model for at-risk juvenile; high degree of discretion; ability to represent organization". That's a lot. But that is essentially the same as the REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES. If we already used that for Requirements, we could rename that section to Skills instead. But the instruction lists both Requirements and Qualifications and Skills as possible headings. We need to decide mapping. Better: Use Requirements for the "MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS" (education, license, checks). Use Qualifications for the "REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES". Use Skills maybe for something else? Could we extract specific skill items like "CPR/First Aid teaching certification" etc? That's under Training & Development. Could be Skills? But we have Training & Development section not in headings list. Could we put that under Qualifications? Might be okay. But we need to avoid thin sections. If we create Skills with little content, better to omit. Thus we will include: - About the role - Responsibilities - Requirements (minimum requirements: education, license, checks, physical, etc.) - Qualifications (required knowledge, skills & abilities) - Possibly Benefits? The posting does not mention benefits explicitly. No mention of pay, schedule beyond work schedule details. There is schedule info: "Core work times are generally Monday-Friday, 6am-4pm. The Nurse is on call 24 hours day/7 days week." Also "Routine work hours will be between 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday." There's also flexible scheduling. So we have schedule info. So we can include a Schedule section. Pay: No mention of salary/pay. So we omit Pay section. Benefits: No explicit benefits mentioned. Could infer but not stated. So omit. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Schedule. We need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. Not needed. We need to strip boilerplate: remove EEO, legal, etc. At end there is EEO statement etc. Remove. Also remove "FOR INQUIRIES, PLEASE CONTACT THE EMPLOYER:" maybe we keep contact info in a short p. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include contact info, function, duties, responsibilities, qualifications, requirements, schedule, training & development? The training & development includes orientation hours etc. That's substantive. Should we include it? Could be under Qualifications or maybe a separate section like "Training". But not in allowed headings. Could we fold into Qualifications? Might be okay. But we need to preserve all substantive info; we can include training details under Qualifications or maybe under Requirements? Probably better to add a separate section like "Training" but not allowed headings. However we could incorporate into Qualifications or Requirements as a subsection within
. The instruction says use headings only for those specific section names; we can still have

      or

inside those sections. So we can add training details under Qualifications as part of that section. Similarly, work conditions etc could be under Requirements or maybe under About the role? But we have schedule separate. We need to ensure we don't omit substantive info like work conditions, physical requirements, etc. Those are under "WORK CONDITIONS". We could include them under Requirements (maybe as part of minimum requirements) or under About the role? Probably better to add a separate section like "Working Conditions" but not allowed. Could fold into Requirements as additional bullet points. Similarly, "TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT" could be under Qualifications. Thus we need to capture all substantive info: contact, function, duties/responsibilities, required knowledge/skills/abilities, minimum requirements, work conditions, schedule, training & development, notices (court expectations, drug-free workplace, EEO). Notices: we need to keep substantive like court expectations, drug-free workplace policy, etc. Those are substantive. We could put them under a section like "Expectations" but not allowed. Could fold into About the role or Responsibilities? Might be okay to add a

under About the role covering expectations. But we need to preserve all. Given the instruction to remove boilerplate like EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, we should remove the EEO statement at the end. Also remove "NOTICES Court Expectations of Employee:" maybe that is not boilerplate but substantive expectations. We should keep it. The EEO statement is boilerplate; remove. Also remove "While Ohio has approved medical and recreational marijuana..." that's part of drug-free workplace policy; we should keep drug-free workplace content as it's substantive. Thus we need to parse and keep: - Contact info: Greene County Juvenile Court Juvenile Detention Center address and phone. - Function paragraph. - Duties/Responsibilities: list items (Medical Direct Care, Medication Management, Psychiatric Services Support, Administrative Function, Medical Training, Quality Assurance, Infection Control, Meetings/Committees). We'll break each into

      • . - Minimum Qualifications: includes REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES (list). We'll treat as Qualifications. - MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (list): Associates Degree in nursing or LPN; current Ohio RN license or LPN certification; CPR/First Aid teaching certification (may be completed after employment); satisfactory completion of physical examination; professional references check; criminal background check; sexual risk assessment (if hired after 2015); Ohio Attorney General Offender Search; affirmative duty to report prior/current misconduct; confirmation of valid Drivers’ license; confirmation of degrees, licenses, certificates. - WORK CONDITIONS: description of facility, physical requirements, etc. We'll incorporate into Requirements or maybe a separate section but we don't have heading. Could add to Requirements as additional bullet points. - Schedule: core work times, on-call, flexible schedule, routine work hours, etc. - Training & Development: orientation hours, annual training, required training list. - Notices: Court Expectations of Employee (list), drug-free workplace policy, at-will employment, etc. We need to output only HTML fragment. We'll structure:
