Qualifications
- Current license as an LVN/LPN or RNA
- Minimum of one (1) year relevant experience working with seniors (preferred)
- Familiarity with drug actions and interactions and possess accurate and comprehensive assessment skills
- Leadership and supervisory skills (preferred)
- Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff.
