Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced LPN to join our team at Highgate Senior Living. This is a full-time position with flexible hours and days. The role involves implementing daily nursing activities for assisted living and memory care residents, interacting with residents, families, and medical providers, and working alongside caregivers and medication assistants.

Responsibilities

• Interact with residents, families, and medical providers
• Implement daily nursing activities for assisted living and memory care residents
• Create partnerships with the clinical and care teams
• Respond to changes in condition with strong assessment skills
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and medical providers
• Teach and train effectively

Qualifications

• Current Nursing License
• Minimum of two years experience as a nurse
• Current negative TB test
• CPR certification
• Ability to pass criminal record/background check
• Good time management skills
• Self-starter with a focus on attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Past and present nursing roles in various settings
• Experience working with pharmacies, physicians, or long-term care providers
• Experience with documentation
