Responsibilities

- Conduct assessments, examinations, and follow-up visits - Diagnose and manage common medical conditions within scope of practice - Administer treatments and medications as appropriate - Travel to assigned healthcare facilities, clinics locations - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation - Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff - Educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventive care - Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans when needed - Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards - Support telehealth consultations when required

Qualifications

- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Registered Nurse (RN) license - Relevant certifications and clinical credentials - Ability and willingness to travel regularly - Strong communication skills - Experience in primary care, urgent care, family medicine, home health, or related settings preferred - Ability to work independently and adapt to different clinical environments - Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems - CPR/BLS certification required
