Nurse Anesthetist - CRNA

About the Role

Provides anesthesia services in a busy hospital setting, collaborating with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care per protocols
• Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and monitor patients intraoperatively
• Communicate with surgical teams and respond to patient condition changes
• Conduct post-anesthesia evaluations and document procedures
• Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate in Nursing with CRNA program completion
• Active CRNA license and NBCRNA certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Post-Master's certification from a COA-accredited program (preferred)
• Critical thinking, clinical judgment, and ability to work in high-acuity environments

Schedule

Full-time, hospital-based role with flexible scheduling.
