About the Role
Provides anesthesia services in a busy hospital setting, collaborating with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care per protocols
- Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and monitor patients intraoperatively
- Communicate with surgical teams and respond to patient condition changes
- Conduct post-anesthesia evaluations and document procedures
- Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives
Requirements
- Master's or Doctorate in Nursing with CRNA program completion
- Active CRNA license and NBCRNA certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Post-Master's certification from a COA-accredited program (preferred)
- Critical thinking, clinical judgment, and ability to work in high-acuity environments
Schedule
Full-time, hospital-based role with flexible scheduling.
