Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Aid mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Administer medication reminders
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Provide transportation
- Monitor client well-being
- Deliver personalized care and ensure client safety
- Report changes to the care team
Requirements
- Active Hawaii Nurse Aide certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, compassionate, and professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Capable of assisting with mobility and transfers
