About the role
To assist the Clinical Manager by coordinating activities in helping relationship to health care team. Functions as a liaison for the Clinical Manager in inter-service contacts.
Responsibilities
- Provide receptionist and clerical duties on a nursing unit
- Absorb and relay information between patients, visitors, and staff
- Coordinate activities to support the health care team
- Interact with other departments as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
Qualifications
- Current certification in CPR
- Knowledge of hospital policies and procedures
