Nurse Aide (CNA Class)

To be considered for the class, you must provide the following at the time of your scheduled interview:

• Valid Photo Identification
• Social Security Card

Criminal Background Check

A criminal background check and consultation of the Tennessee and/or National Abuse Registry for Children and Adults will be conducted.

Class Duration and Attendance Policy

The program is a fast-paced class completed in 19 days. No absences or tardiness is permitted. A grade average of 85 is required to continue in the course.

Cost and Materials

You will need to provide books and supplies ($50) as a deposit on the first day of class and will be returned upon graduation.

Selection Process

Students are chosen based on facility needs, shift availability, entrance exam scores, flexibility, and attitude. Selection is not based on the order of application.
