About the role

To support the continued delivery of quality and compassionate care in our communities, we are offering a retention bonus of $4,000.* Your commitment helps us meet critical service needs, and we’re excited to have you be a part of our mission! As part of one of our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) teams, you’ll provide compassionate, community-based care that helps individuals experiencing serious mental illness achieve stability and wellness. In this role, you’ll combine your clinical expertise with a whole-person, recovery-focused approach—offering both direct nursing care and support that empowers clients to thrive in their own communities.

About ACT/ACT TAY/STEPS: ACT (Assertive Community Treatment)/ACT TAY (Assertive Community Treatment for Transitional-Aged Youth)/STEPS (Shape, Teach, Evolve, Prepare, Support) programs are a way of providing many types of service to people with chronic mental health disorders. People who access ACT/STEPS services receive the wrap-around psychiatric services, but within the comfort of their own home and community. ACT/STEPS team members are comprised of professionals in the areas of psychiatry, social work, nursing, substance use disorders, supported employment, and peer support so they have the skills they need to meet the many needs of the people they serve. The ACT/STEPS team provides these services 24 hours a day, seven days a week, each day of the year. This is a great opportunity for someone who values meaningful client relationships, enjoys working as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, and is passionate about ensuring individuals receive the care and advocacy they deserve.
