Numbers Manager

About the role

Responsible for managing financial operations and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting tasks including but not limited to bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare financial reports and ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
• Manage cash flow projections and ensure efficient use of funds.
• Collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Access.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks and other accounting software.
• Experience with financial modeling and budgeting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay

$50,000 - $60,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
