About the role

This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. If applicable, final offers will be contingent on ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information from the U.S. Government.

Responsibilities

  • Affairs management (i.e., Site Managers) responsible for overseeing all activities during the ITO and/or OTR phase under the direction and on behalf of the Project Leader.
  • Leadership of the site team and management of the execution scope of the project.
  • Might also manage multiple sites for the project.
  • Ensuring that the schedule, quality, and costs comply with contractual obligations, corporate guidelines, and local regulations.
  • Competency development within their function.
  • May include roles as experts in their discipline offering both technical and intellectual leadership.
  • Influences policies and ensures availability within the responsibility area; connects with other parts of the organization.
  • Usually an indirect supervisor with directly subordinate specialists in higher positions.
  • Holds the ability to attract and retain talent.
  • Often manages medium to large teams.
  • Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices for improving products, processes, or services.
  • Uses understanding of industry trends to make decisions.
  • Brings others to find creative solutions in complex manufacturing processes with diverse technology and/or interdependent production cycles.
  • Applies advanced operational/product management, manufacturing, or construction techniques.
  • Interaction with adjacent functions is required to solve problems.
  • Holds the ability to evaluate incoming information's quality and question contradictory data.
  • Uses multiple internal and external resources outside their own function to make decisions.
  • Leads projects or functional teams with moderate resources, risk, and complexity.
  • Presents solutions to the executive level for the company or technical disciplines.
  • Communicates complex messages and negotiates primarily internally to adopt another viewpoint.
  • Influences colleagues to take action and negotiate with external partners, vendors, or customers if necessary.

Requirements

These qualifications require extensive experience. The knowledge level is comparable to a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Desired qualities include very good verbal and written communication skills, strong social skills and leadership qualities, proven problem-solving abilities, proven project management skills, documented ability to document, plan, market, and execute projects, documented project management skills. Note: To meet U.S. export control requirements and other legal requirements, the minimum number of years of experience required for a position in the U.S. must be specified. For roles outside the U.S., job descriptions should focus on the required content level for the role to ensure compliance with applicable laws. The minimum number of years should NOT be used. Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in similar roles.

Pay

The pay range for this position is between $154,800.00 and $258,000.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
