Nuclear Power Senior Project Manager - Senior Reactor Operator

About the role

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers with urgent technical needs
• Oversee technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and timeliness
• Lead projects, ensuring adherence to management practices and delivery goals
• Evaluate and manage project risks, implementing necessary mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations throughout project lifecycle
• Monitor performance and provide updates on key performance indicators to stakeholders
• Negotiate contracts and manage changes related to project scope adjustments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least 5 years of project management experience, or equivalent experience as a Senior Reactor Operator
• 5 years experience specifically in the nuclear power industry, emphasizing relevance to nuclear-related projects
• 3 years of experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects

Pay

$132,200 – $220,400 annually
