We are seeking a self-reliant, experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist in Silver Spring, MD.
About the role
Independently perform all phases of diagnostic nuclear medicine using technical knowledge and good judgment to provide safe and effective examinations.
Responsibilities
- Acquire and process patient studies
- Set up reading for physicians
- Maintain accurate and complete daily records
- Coordinate closely with the home office
Requirements
- Certified by the ARRT and/or NMTCB
- Current Maryland license as a Certified Radiologic Technologist
- Professional Liability Insurance
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (must remain current)
Qualifications
- At least two years of experience as a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (preferred)
No on-call shifts required.
