Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging with radioactive materials
- Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals
- Operate imaging equipment
- Ensure radiation safety and infection control
- Conduct patient assessments
- Acquire and process images
- Perform quality control
- Document procedures accurately in the EMR
- Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and clinicians to provide patient education and compassionate care
Qualifications & Skills
- Knowledge of nuclear medicine procedures
