About the role
The position is responsible for performing routine and specialized nuclear medicine exams including PET, SPECT, and planar imaging according to established protocols. It also involves preparing, handling, and administering radiopharmaceuticals in accordance with safety regulations and facility protocols. Accurate documentation of procedures, radiopharmaceutical doses, and patient data in EMR and imaging systems is essential. Daily quality assurance checks on nuclear medicine and PET/CT equipment are conducted. Collaboration with radiologists, nuclear medicine physicians, nurses, and other technologists ensures timely and effective patient care.
Responsibilities
- Performs routine and specialized nuclear medicine exams including PET, SPECT, and planar imaging according to established protocols

- Performs daily quality assurance checks on nuclear medicine and PET/CT equipment
- Collaborates with radiologists, nuclear medicine physicians, nurses, and other technologists to ensure timely and effective patient care
Requirements
- 5 Years of Nuclear Medicine experience (required)
- IEMA License required
- NMTCB required
Qualifications
