About the role

The Temple University's Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering seeks passionate educators to contribute to the undergraduate curriculum. The department is growing and is looking for instructional (non-tenure track) faculty to enhance the educational experience for students.

Responsibilities

  • Teach four courses per semester, including courses in power, embedded processors, computer engineering, and microelectronics.
  • Develop and innovate coursework to meet the needs of a diverse student body.
  • Participate in curriculum development and accreditation management.
  • Emphasize hands-on learning and problem-solving through project-based work.

Requirements

  • A PhD or master's degree in electrical and computer engineering or related fields.
  • Strong commitment to experiential education and hands-on learning.
  • Expertise in power, embedded processors, computer engineering, and microelectronics.
