Primary Purpose
Maintain quality control by monitoring machines that measure, sort, and inspect product.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor product attributes to ensure quality meets standards.
- Notify relevant personnel of equipment malfunctions or safety issues.
- Comply with USDA, HACCP, SSOP, and GMP policies.
- Communicate effectively and follow instructions.
- Adhere to Company safety policies and SOP regulations.
About the Role
The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with 2 years of experience in poultry manufacturing processing and equipment preferred. Completion of NPIS Sorter training is mandatory, including modules and a final assessment.
