Role
The NPI Quality Engineer will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing methods and procedures for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection.
- Designing and installing sophisticated testing equipment and performing product testing and analysis.
- Analyzing reports and defective products to determine trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborating with supplier representatives on quality problems and contributing to supplier quality improvement programs.
Requirements
Essential requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Engineering or related field.
- Experience with validation, measurement, test method, process development, and PPAP activities.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to identify trends and make recommendations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
