NPI Program Manager

Job Summary

NPI Program Managers at Click Bond are responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of aerospace fastener programs from inception through completion. They lead and manage complex projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with industry standards, and engage with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of aerospace industry standards and regulations
• Proven track record in managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, ever-changing environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• A master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus
• Experience in program management within the aerospace or manufacturing industry, with a focus on aerospace fasteners

Physical Demands

• Sedentary work with occasional walking, standing, bending, and carrying light items
• Regularly required to sit or stand for the length of shift
