Our client is currently seeking a NPI Engineering Leader with expertise in Fabrication and Machining.
Requirements
- BS in Material Science, Mechanical, Metallurgy, or Manufacturing Engineering
- Demonstrated experience in engineering, including new product launches in industrial, automotive, or aerospace industries
- Demonstrated supervisory or management experience
- Strong knowledge of financial data
- Competent working knowledge of processes, customer specifications, and quality systems
- Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional product teams
