Qualifications
- Required: Strong supplier development and qualification experience, including sourcing new technologies, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Required: Experience partnering with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Project Management teams to drive supplier selection, manufacturability, and cost optimization.
- Required: Proven experience supporting New Product Development (NPD) programs and bringing complex engineered products from concept to production.
- Required: 10+ years of strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain experience in medical device, life sciences, automation, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.
Additional Responsibilities
Support engineering teams with raw material orders. Operate with minimal supervision. Perform other duties as assigned.
Salary Range
$100,000 - $110,000
