NPD Senior Project Manager

About the role

NPD Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading complex projects from conception to completion. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans that meet client requirements and company standards.
• Manage cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Oversee resource allocation and ensure effective utilization of project budgets.
• Facilitate regular team meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Knowledge of project risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Experience with project cost estimation and budgeting.
• Understanding of quality assurance and control processes.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.

Schedule
