About the role
NPD Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading complex projects from conception to completion. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of project management methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute project plans that meet client requirements and company standards.
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Oversee resource allocation and ensure effective utilization of project budgets.
- Facilitate regular team meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Knowledge of project risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Experience with project cost estimation and budgeting.
- Understanding of quality assurance and control processes.

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work required for project deadlines.
