About the Role
Provide advanced practice care in a 12-bed Pediatric Unit with an on-site Pediatric ED. Admit and accept patients, cross-cover on the floor and Hospital at Home as needed, managing a patient volume of approximately 6.5 per shift.
Responsibilities
- Admit and accept pediatric patients
- Cross-cover on the floor and Hospital at Home as needed
- Manage a patient volume of approximately 6.5 per shift
Work Environment
- 14-hour shifts from 5p–7a
- 5–10 shifts per month
- Dedicated private office and call room available for work and rest
Qualifications
- Acute Care certification for ages 0–18 years required
- Proficiency with Epic EMR
