Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments including medical histories, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions across primary care and internal medicine
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising or consulting physicians
- Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests within state and federal scope
- Educate patients and families on treatment options, preventive care, and lifestyle management
- Cook up referrals to specialists and other providers as needed
- Document care accurately and thoroughly in Epic EMR
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical best practices
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Massachusetts NP or PA license
- FNP, AGACNP, AGPCNP, AGNP, ANP, or PA-C credential
- MSN (NPs) or Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies (PAs) required
- DEA registration and state prescriptive authority required
- 3 or more years NP or PA experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
- Commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time | Five 8-hour shifts | Monday–Friday
