About the role

Full-time salaried position in Ophthalmology (Oculoplastics)

1.0 FTE schedule option of either 4 10-hour days or 5-day work week Monday-Friday with one hour for lunch

100% outpatient role primarily based at Sharp Rees-Stealy’s Scripps Ranch clinic, with occasional coverage at the Santee location

No after-hours / No call / No inpatient work

Opportunity to work closely alongside experienced oculoplastic physicians in a collaborative, team-based environment

Requirements/Preferred Experience

SRSMG is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Ophthalmology Division

To be considered for the position, the candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working full-time as an NP/PA

Experience in ophthalmology is not required, but strongly encouraged

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited program in nursing or medicine

Current license to practice as an NP/PA in the state of California

Skills

Excellent communication skills

Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities

The annual base salary range is $154,500.00-$216,537.30, with eligibility for bonuses, incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package
