NP/PA - Family Practice

Practice outpatient Family Medicine in a well-established clinic

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients in a collaborative clinic setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient care continuity
• Document patient encounters using the Inbox Clinician Program and DAX scribe service
• Participate in embedded support teams including Social Work, Integrated Behavioral Health, RN Care Management, and Diabetic Education
• Utilize onsite resources such as the lab and X-ray services

Requirements

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (AANP or ANCC) or Physician Assistant (NCCPA)
• Oregon license or ability to obtain BLS
• ACLS or PALS within 30 days of hire

Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient Family Medicine
• Strong clinical skills and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills
