About the role
Practice outpatient Family Medicine in a well-established clinic

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients in a collaborative clinic setting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient care continuity
- Document patient encounters using the Inbox Clinician Program and DAX scribe service
- Participate in embedded support teams including Social Work, Integrated Behavioral Health, RN Care Management, and Diabetic Education
- Utilize onsite resources such as the lab and X-ray services
Requirements
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (AANP or ANCC) or Physician Assistant (NCCPA)
- Oregon license or ability to obtain BLS
- ACLS or PALS within 30 days of hire
Qualifications
- Experience in outpatient Family Medicine
- Strong clinical skills and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
