Indiana University Health Medical Group has an opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Vascular Surgery team in Lafayette IN. This position will take place at IU Health Arnett Vascular Surgery-Medical Office Building. Opportunity Details Full-Time- DaysMonday- Friday 8a-430pNo Call or Weekends20% Inpatient80% Outpatient Key Responsibilities Provides comprehensive vascular care across inpatient and ambulatory settings, including hospital rounding, patient assessment, care coordination, discharge planning, and follow-up visits.In clinic, evaluates new and established patients, develops treatment plans, orders and reviews diagnostic testing, provides patient education, and collaboration with vascular surgeons and the multidisciplinary care team. Qualifications Master's Degree required.
