About the Role
Join our Family Medicine team in Beaumont, TX as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant providing comprehensive primary care in a collaborative outpatient setting. This full-time position offers the opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients while delivering high-quality care across all stages of life.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care including preventive services, acute care, and chronic disease management
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across the lifespan
- Perform wellness exams, annual physicals, and routine health screenings
- Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostic studies
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
- Educate patients on disease prevention, medications, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle choices
- Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to provide exceptional patient care
Requirements
- Current Texas license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous family medicine or primary care experience
