About the Role

Join our Family Medicine team in Beaumont, TX as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant providing comprehensive primary care in a collaborative outpatient setting. This full-time position offers the opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients while delivering high-quality care across all stages of life.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care including preventive services, acute care, and chronic disease management
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across the lifespan
  • Perform wellness exams, annual physicals, and routine health screenings
  • Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostic studies
  • Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
  • Educate patients on disease prevention, medications, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle choices
  • Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR
  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to provide exceptional patient care

Requirements

  • Current Texas license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous family medicine or primary care experience
