NP / APRN - Telemedicine Primary Care Provider

About the role

Circle Medical is an adult-only primary care practice committed to the empanelment of primary care providers resulting in high quality, continuity of care for our patients through a telemedicine-first approach. We are an evidence-based practice that leverages our proprietary, HIPAA-compliant EHR that ensures a delightful and safe experience for patients and providers via two-way, video-audio appointments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a true Primary Care Experience rooted in provider empanelment and continuity of care
• Set your own recurring schedule within any combination of days, including evenings and weekends (7-day-a-week operation)
• Utilize proprietary, HIPAA-compliant EHR for two-way video-audio appointments
• Partner with patient care advocates and a licensed medical team to ensure patients get care and follow-up they need
• Maintain high degree of technical skill utilizing software and adapt to fast-paced improvements driven by product and engineering teams

Requirements

• Completed an accredited nursing or medical program with a national certification
• Currently licensed in at least one of the following states: CO, CT, DC, IA, IL, KY, MA, MD, MI, MN, NC, NV, NJ, NM, OR, SC, UT, VT, VA, or WA with the ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed
• Valid DEA Registration in good standing with all schedules to prescribe medications, including S2
• Must be Board Certified in Family or Internal Medicine
• Commitment to evidence-based medicine
• Willingness to learn how to diagnose and treat a variety of adult/primary care conditions
• A PC with Windows 11 Pro or a Mac newer than 2021 is required
• Applicants must reside in the United States of America

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates will have experience as primary care providers in a clinical setting
• At least 3 years post-residency practice experience is strongly preferred

Pay

• Fee-for-service model
• Fully empaneled PCPs earn an average of $66/hr or $132/hr, respectively, with appointments lasting from 15 to 30 mins
• NP's compensation is $33 per encounter and a robust incentive program
