Responsibilities

• Perform exterior and interior cleaning tasks
• Repair damages such as cracks, leaks, and structural issues
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
• Document all work performed for record-keeping purposes

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in property maintenance or construction preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
