Schedule

• 4–12 hour shifts, Monday–Friday
• Every other weekend
• Flexible schedules

Responsibilities

• Provide cognitive and behavioral support, including gentle reminders, redirection, and structure to reduce confusion and anxiety
• Assist with personal care: dressing, grooming, hygiene, and meals with respect and patience
• Help maintain a calm, familiar, and organized home environment with basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
• Provide transportation: drive clients to appointments, run errands, and grocery shop
• Offer companionship through conversation, music, memory games, or sensory activities tailored to cognitive needs

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification
• Valid driver’s license with access to a fully insured personal vehicle
• TB clearance or chest X-ray
• Must comply with state background screening requirements (Florida Clearinghouse used for screenings)
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
