Job Overview

We are seeking skilled Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team in Danbury, CT. This role focuses on building large-scale, custom products using a variety of tools and assembly techniques. This is not repetitive production work—each project is different. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable following evolving build instructions.

Assembler Responsibilities

• Assemble large components and finished products using hand and power tools
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and build instructions
• Follow detailed assembly steps and adjust to changing project requirements
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Work as part of a team to meet production deadlines

Qualifications & Requirements

• Prior assembly experience required, preferably with large or custom builds
• Ability to read and understand blueprints or technical drawings
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working on non-repetitive, project-based assemblies
• Ability to lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs regularly
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
