Job Description/Duties

• Perform welding inspections in accordance with piping and structural code requirements.
• Collaborate with customer representatives.
• Support and implement corporate quality programs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality documentation.
• Conduct inspections of mechanical equipment installations including piping and hydrostatic testing.
• Maintain and repair process piping systems.
• Read/Interpret P&IDs and isometric drawings.
• Remove/Replace rotating equipment and bolting up piping systems.
• Identify/Document non-conformances and assist in resolution efforts.
• Verify materials, procedures, and workmanship.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, project specifications, and regulatory codes.

Qualifications/Required Skills

• AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI).
• API 570 Inspector.
• Familiar with ASME codes of construction, NBIC Part 3 for BPV Repairs, and Qualifications of Welders.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• High School diploma or GED.

Pay

PAY RATE: $40.00/HR - $50.00/HR
