Responsibilities

• We are looking for disciplined and dependable individuals to join our team as Customer Service Security Guards in Houston, TX.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age or older
• Foot patrols and some mobile patrols throughout the entire shift
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A non-commissioned security license through the state of Texas required
• Strong customer service skills
• Familiarity with report writing
• Monitoring and surveillance experience
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
• At least 3 years of face-to-face customer service experience (retail, hospitality, front desk, or other people-focused roles)
• Excellent attendance and reliability
• Reliable transportation to and from work is required

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual considered a plus
• Evening, overnight, and weekend availability
